The Role
Find the signal before someone spends against it.
The Marketing Intelligence Analyst helps Creative Jolt understand the conditions surrounding a growth decision before assumptions turn into strategy or client capital turns into media spend.
You will examine markets from multiple angles: demand, competition, geography, search behavior, cost pressure, seasonality, conversion readiness, and business economics. The goal is not simply to collect information. It is to determine what the evidence means for the decision in front of us.
What You’ll Own
Evidence that changes the decision.
- Investigate markets before acquisition strategies or expansion plans are built.
- Connect fragmented market, search, competitive, geographic, and economic signals.
- Separate meaningful evidence from interesting but non-consequential information.
- Communicate what the evidence supports, what remains uncertain, and what should happen next.
What Success Looks Like
The team knows more before committing resources.
- 01
Market recommendations are supported by evidence that can be explained and challenged.
- 02
Important constraints and weak assumptions surface before they become expensive.
- 03
Research becomes useful direction rather than a collection of charts, screenshots, and statistics.

How We Work
Performance. Judgment. Accountability.
More information does not automatically create a better decision. At Creative Jolt, intelligence exists to improve judgment.
We expect analysts to understand where evidence came from, recognize its limitations, explain what it changes, and distinguish confidence from certainty. Intelligent systems can increase the amount of information available to us. Human judgment decides what deserves weight.
