The Role
Sell the right work to the right business.
The Business Development Executive introduces Creative Jolt to businesses that could genuinely benefit from our performance marketing approach.
This is not a high-volume sales role built around pushing packages or closing anyone willing to sign. You will identify qualified opportunities, understand what a business is trying to accomplish, uncover the problems standing in the way, and determine whether Creative Jolt is actually a good fit.
When the fit is there, your job is to move the relationship forward with clarity and confidence.
This is a commission-based position, so compensation is directly connected to the business you successfully bring to Creative Jolt.

How We Work
Performance. Judgment. Accountability.
Creative Jolt does not believe every prospect should become a client.
We evaluate markets, business conditions, opportunity, and fit before asking a company to invest heavily in growth. The same standard applies to sales.
You should be willing to pursue good opportunities aggressively while also recognizing when the economics, expectations, or circumstances do not support moving forward.
The goal is not simply to close business.
The goal is to create good business.
Compensation
Your results should matter.
This is a commission-based sales position.
Compensation is tied to new business successfully generated for Creative Jolt. Specific commission structure, eligibility, payment timing, recurring commission opportunities, and other terms will be provided as part of the formal compensation agreement.
There is meaningful earning potential for someone who can consistently develop qualified relationships and convert them into successful Creative Jolt clients.
